The ordering process consists of two parts:
Processing Time
Once your order has been placed, it is accepted, checked, and prepared for dispatch. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after being received by us, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, promotional events, or supplier delays, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is the time it takes for your order to travel from our fulfilment partner or warehouse to your nominated delivery address. Standard delivery often takes approximately 5-15 business days, depending on your location, the product ordered, and the delivery network at the time.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, incorrect delivery details, public holidays, weather events, stock availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Falantis offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within Australia, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any available express, priority, or special delivery options will be shown during checkout where applicable.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email using the email address provided at checkout. Please review your order details carefully and contact us immediately if you notice an error in your delivery address or order information.
Track Your Order
After your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link so you can follow your delivery. You can track your shipment through our tracking page: https://falantis.com.au/apps/track123
Tracking information can take a short time to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact us at info@falantis.com.au.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, or if a parcel is returned to sender because delivery could not be completed, we may need to charge additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Taxes, Duties, and Charges
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. For orders delivered within Australia, applicable GST or taxes will be handled in accordance with Australian requirements where relevant.
If Falantis offers delivery outside Australia in the future, customers will be responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or import fees imposed by the destination country or jurisdiction.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@falantis.com.au with your order number and any relevant photos or delivery information. We will review the matter and help arrange a suitable solution where required.
